Hull Training Faculty of Business Administration, Information Technology and Customer Service
Hull Training Business Academy delivers business support apprenticeships and advanced apprenticeships to over 250 young people. The Business Academy has two schools of learning, The School of Business Administration & Customer Service and The School of Information and Communication Technology. The Business Academy also delivers commercial training to support local industry with staff development.

At the Business Academy we ensure all our learner’s are fully informed and involved in the recruitment process, and you will receive information, advice and guidance on all aspects of the apprenticeship programmes. All apprenticeship programmes are linked to local employers in both the public and private sectors; with employment opportunities in a wide range of companies.
The Business Academy provides a safe and friendly environment in which to learn; with off the job training delivered through day release sessions at the Business Academy premises. Day release sessions are well received and attended; with an 84% attendance rate across all areas of learning. Progress reviews are carried out on an 8 weekly cycle at the employers’ premises to support your achievement.
