National Learner Survey

Hull Training and Hull Adult Education Service

During the next few months all learners in the UK have the opportunity to take part in the National Learner Survey conducted by the Skills Funding Agency (SFA). The SFA and its partner, the Young People's Learning Agency (YPLA) fund most courses offered by our Services and is interested to find out what you think of us and the service we offer.

Please take part in this Survey. If not enough learners take part, we may lose some funding and may need to reduce the courses we run for you.

Before you start, please:

Ask your tutor for your unique learner number. You will need to enter it on page four of the Survey
Make a note of this code number: 10003198. You will be asked to enter it on page 3 of the Survey
Make sure you know the level of your course. If you are unsure, please ask your tutor or staff at your centre. You will be asked to tick if you are learning at Entry Level, Level 1, 2, 3 towards the end of the Survey
