Who is this course for?

This course is aimed towards school leavers aged 16-18 years old who are interested in a future career in Customer Service. You should have a keen interest in working with the general public, have a friendly and approachable manner and keep calm in challenging situations.

On this apprenticeship course you will learn how to:

How will I be assessed?

You will be required to complete a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate your knowledge and skills. This involves collecting details of work performed while in your work place.

Entry Requirements?

A*-G GCSE Grades. Ability to complete an entry assessment and interview.

Course Duration

Intermediate Apprenticeship takes up to 1 year (full time). The optional Advanced Apprenticeship will then take a further 2 years.
