New business or social enterprise supportWho is this course for?
This course is aimed towards young people who live in Hull, are aged 21 or under and wish to develop a business idea or social enterprise. You should have a keen interest and be self motivated in developing your idea and ideally already have a business plan, although we can help you develop one.What will I learn?
Learners will look at how to develop their enterprising idea on this programme as well as identify a range of key enterprise skills they will use. You will have the opportunity to meet other young entrepreneurs in the City as well as a possible grant of up to £1,000, after submitting a robust business plan - For more information: www.youthenterprise.co.ukHow will I be assessed?
You will be required to complete a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate your knowledge and skills. This involves collecting details of how you intend to develop your enterprising idea and how you will link into other young entrepreneurs in the City. You will also be required to develop a business plan.
