This is a classroom-based course for learners who already have a basic understanding of Spanish. In this course, you will build on your understanding of Spanish grammar and vocabulary to communicate in a range of every day and more complex situations.
This course is part of our Spanish programme which is open to anyone age 19 years and above. You may benefit if you have attended a complete beginners Spanish course, however, it is not essential. You should be working towards Entry Level 3 following an initial assessment on day 1 of your course.

By the end of the course you should be able to:
- Understand and reply to simple questions or requests for information
- Take part in simple interactions and apply the basic rules of pronunciation
- Communicate on a wide range of topics
- Obtain information from complex texts and deal with topics of a familiar/unfamiliar nature
All levels of Spanish will be clarified from the initial assessment during the induction session.
This is an accredited course and evidence of achievement is by creating a portfolio of evidence.
