Our online boost your confidence course runs for eight weeks with interactive teaching and learning through an easy to access virtual classroom. The course will help you to realise essential skills, helping you to develop your confidence and generate motivation. This course is part of a reflective process which guides one through a self-awareness journey, helping you identify behaviours, perceiving the deeper connections between self-esteem and self-confidence, what is motivation made of and the components of a positive mental attitude.
Self-esteem is a driving factor in our ability to apply for new career opportunities, adapt to change or even manage day to day activities and relationships. This course aims to boost confidence, self-esteem and motivation through developing key understanding and developing the life skills that enable positivity. This course introduces concepts and skills to support personal growth and well-being, developing one’s ability to self-reflect and better understand ourselves and others.
This course is assessed through the RARPA process. You will receive guidance and support identifying and setting individual targets, feedback along your creative journey and support to achieve your aims.
Where can it lead?
Once you have built up your confidence and skills the world of progression opens up to you. You can progress onto further classes and stretch your skills by enrolling onto other courses which interest you, learning new skills and gaining great highlights to add to your CV. New courses and skills give you interesting talking points and can show diverse interests and skills which all help when in an interview.
Progression routes to gateway qualifications are open to you once you have completed this course.
