Business Administrator Apprenticeship Level 3 (Standard)

Course overview
Business Administrators have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors.  Your role may involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. You will develop key skills and behaviours to support your progression towards management responsibilities. At this level you will demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal and you will have a proactive approach to developing your skills. You will be expected to show initiative, manage your priorities and have problem solving skills.  You will become skilled in mentoring or coaching others.

Who is this apprenticeship for?
This apprenticeship is aimed at anyone who is looking to progress  in their career towards management and higher level responsibilities.

Entry requirements
You will need to have a minimum of Level 1 functional skills in maths and English or a GCSE Grade D (3).
As part of the level 3 standard you will complete level 2 functional  skills in maths and English if you have not already achieved GCSE grade C (4) or above.
