Introductory overview of the course

This Confidence and Motivation workshop will help you to identify the essential ways to develop your confidence, motivation and assertiveness.

Understand why you lack confidence and motivation and learn strategies to support with everyday confidence issues. Learn the definition of confidence and what that means for you, identifying productive and unproductive behaviours and their effect on yourself and others.

Come along to boost your confidence, self-esteem, motivation and positive ways of thinking.

Who is this course for?

This is part of our suite of courses designed for people ‘to put a spring back into their step’. Our well-being courses are designed to help you revitalise your life, build confidence and promote positive self-help whilst offering social interaction in a relaxed environment. Explore new ways of coping with everyday situations whether at home or at work and try some of our new taster workshops.

Entry Requirements

Anyone experiencing mild to moderate mental  health issues such as stress, anxiety and mild depression and who is not accessing any of our provision.

What can I do after the course?

A range of courses are available to continue to develop employability skills and confidence including arts/crafts and accredited programmes in Maths, English and IT.
