Course Aims
This workshop aims to introduce you to the art of sculpting small decorative houses using stoneware clay.

Course Content
During this workshop you will learn how to make small pottery houses that can be used for decoration or as tea light holders.
You will make at least one small house in the session, introducing slab building techniques, following a step-by-step process. Enabling you to build your house from start to finish.
Assessment Method
This is a RARPA based course, assessment is carried out though building of a portfolio and taking part within tasks matched to the individual’s personal targets.
RARPA stands for Recognising and Recording Progress and Achievement which is the process of assessment for non-accredited learning. It is a means of validating the outcomes of programmes which do not result in qualifications.
