Learners who have attended the Managing Children’s Behaviour course or have previous experience of communicating with children.

Course Content

  • Understand the value and benefits of listening to children.
  • Be able to listen without interrupting.
  • Understand the importance of acknowledging children’s feelings and needs.
  • Know how to ask appropriate questions when listening to children.

Assessment Method

This is an on-line accredited course and evidence of achievement is by creating a portfolio of evidence.
