Course aims

This exciting course is an opportunity to build on your knowledge of drawing and painting and develop practical skills in producing creative artworks. In studying for this qualification, you will develop your knowledge of professional Art & Design practice in the creative sector.

Course Content

The course will begin with basic drawing from still life objects, and gathering photographs and material to work from. Then, you will choose a technique that you feel confident with, and design a final piece which uses the skills you have built.

This as an accredited course and evidence of achievement is by creating a portfolio of evidence.

Hull Training and Adult Education are Creative Arts Introduction & Next Steps courses which explore the relevance and applications of Art & Design as relates to Skills and Employability.
