Course Aims

To re-introduce the conversational themes and topics relating to BSL and the Deaf community while looking at new signs relating to the home and places of interest.

Entry Requirements

You need to have completed the British Sign Language (BSL) and Deaf Awareness Introduction course.

Course Content

This course will prepare you for BSL Level 1 working in pairs and small groups, looking at sign song, directional signs, and family-based scenarios.

Assessment Method

Group presentations on a chosen topic related to Deaf Awareness and written assignments on the future of British Sign Language.

You could progress on to a BSL qualification course.
