Preston Road Adult Education Centre
See venue >>
Have you ever looked at your child’s schoolwork and felt overwhelmed or under skilled to help?
Over six sessions, parents and carers can explore some of the areas covered within English at schools. The idea is to build your confidence to be able to support in this key subject at home. Each week we will explore a different area of the key stage one and two curriculums and look at effective ways to support or understand each topic area.
You will develop your own knowledge and understanding on punctuation, grammar and reading skills which will help build confidence and aid with future progression.
The course is conducted face to face with a dedicated online classroom.
There are no entry requirements
