Valuable for working or wanting to work in a business support role, learning how to carry out every day administrative tasks. A qualification in Business Administration can help in a support role in any size or type of organisation.
There are no formal entry requirements.
The Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business and Administration, consists of 13 credits:
11 credits from mandatory units:
- Principles of personal responsibilities and working in a business environment (4 credits)
- Principles of providing administrative services (4 credits) and
- Principles of managing information and producing document (3 credits)
2 further credits from the list of optional units to be discussed when starting the course
This is an accredited course and evidence of achievement is by creating a portfolio of evidence.
