This workshop will give you an insight to using Microsoft Teams
- Using video conferencing software appropriately
- What is Microsoft Teams, having an overview of what the software is capable of and how to use this for life and work
- Transferable skills to other video conferencing software

Assessment Method
Assessment will be undertaken on the day and reviewed by the tutor, with the opportunity to use our online systems for support.

You can progress from these courses to any or our accredited IT qualifications, this could be Essential Digital Skills or Functional Skills Level 2, or a number of other college programmes.
