Who is this apprenticeship for?
As an operations or departmental manager you will be managing a team or a project which has clear strategic delivery and departmental goals and objectives. You will be accountable to a more senior manager or business owner. This apprenticeship is aimed at those who work in the private, public or third sector organisations. While specific responsibilities and job titles will vary, the knowledge, skills and behaviours you need will be the same. Some of the key responsibilities may include:
