Who is this apprenticeship for?
The Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship is suitable for individuals who are working in a first line management role. You may have operational/project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined job(s) tasks or outcome. As a team leader/supervisor you will provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals. Working in the private, public or third sector and in all sizes of organisation your specific responsibilities will vary, but the knowledge, skills and behaviours required will be the same whatever the role.
The entry requirement for this apprenticeship will be decided by each employer, as a part of the standard. Further support and training will be given if you need to update your math and English skills to level 2 – we will support those without level 2 English and Maths to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment.
