Welcoming you back safely to Hull Training and Adult Education

Hull Training and Adult Education is open for business! The second lockdown is now here, and unlike the first lockdown we are able to remain open for learning. We have tried to balance our programme so that we can offer a range of face to face and online courses. This helps us to maintain bubbles and reduces the number of learners and staff that we have on site. These measures go hand in hand with our other safe systems that we have in place. It’s really important to us that our learners feel safe and that we are doing everything we can to reduce risk.

We have produced a short video on our Health and Safety systems. It well worth watching if you haven’t seen it yet. You can find it at the top of this page.

If you are coming into the centre for a class, please make sure that you wear a face covering when in any communal parts of the building. You will be able to remove this once you are in the classroom. Please also remember to wash your hands on arrival and maintain two metres social distancing at all times. We have a plentiful supply of masks, sanitiser and other protective equipment should you need it. Your tutor will talk to you about our safe systems and answer any questions that you might have. You can also speak to any member of our learning support and safeguarding team if you have any concerns about your health and wellbeing. Call us on 01482 615 349 or email learneradvice@hullcc.gov.uk .

We look forward to see you soon – either in person or online!
