Do you want to develop/improve your management skills and knowledge, enabling you to work more effectively with your team?

Are you a manager who wants to enhance your performance and develop skills to enable you to progress into a senior management role?

The Operations/ Departmental Manager Level 5 Apprenticeship is aimed at middle managers and will equip you with the necessary tools to effectively manage your team and the objectives of your organisations strategic plan.

Entry Requirements

You need to be aged 16 years and over

GCSE Grade (C/4) and above in maths and English or willing to study and achieve Functional Skills at Level 2

  • Operations/ Departmental Manager Level 5 Apprenticeship Standard
