If you are passionate about people and want to support learners to achieve their goals, want to work flexibly, a casual or fixed term staff position could be for you. We often recruit casual staff who have good planning, preparation, organisational and administrative skills.

Our short initial training and development programme will be a part of the package if you haven’t a formal teaching qualification.

For teaching vacancies, successful candidates will have a qualification in their subject or a vocational qualification, as well as a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to work towards this if you hold the subject qualification but no teaching qualification.

Successful candidates will join our Casual and Fixed Term Staff Pool and will teach a range of levels of further education courses.
